SCHOLARSHIP

Clayton T. Baker  is presented the 2008 MoPRIMA Scholarship by MoPRIMA President Gail Strope at the MO/KS PRIMA annual meeting.


SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

MoPRIMA invites you to make application for our scholarship. A scholarship (nonrenewable) in the amount of $1000 will be awarded to a Southwest Missouri Student student currently pursuing a risk management and insurance major.

The following guidelines will govern the scholarship program:

  1. Applicants must be enrolled as a full time student, at Southwest Missouri State, majoring in Insurance and Risk Management and be attending a fully accredited college or university.
  2. Applicants must have completed their Sophomore year and must be carrying four hours.
  3. A copy of your current transcript must accompany your application.
  4. Your application packet should include a letter of recommendation from a college instructor or administrator (submit only one (1) letter.)
  5. The application form must be received by March 1, 2009. Late applications will not be considered.
  6. The recipient will be recognized at the annual Missouri/Kansas PRIMA conference April 22-24, 2009, held at the Lodge of the Four Seasons at the Lake of the Ozarks.
